Terms of Service for Pulse

Welcome to Pulse (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pulse application, website, and related services available at pulsetracker.app (the “Service”). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Pulse.
  • You agree to use Pulse only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Third-Party Integrations

  • Pulse allows you to connect third-party services such as Google, YouTube, Calendly, and others.
  • By connecting a service, you grant us permission to access and use the data you explicitly authorize through OAuth 2.0.
  • Your use of third-party services is also governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for those services.

3. Data Usage

  • We collect and store data you authorize in order to provide analytics, funnel tracking, and dashboard functionality.
  • Examples include: Google/YouTube profile and video information, Calendly scheduling information, and other integrations you connect.

4. Prohibited Activities

  • You agree not to:
  • Use the Service in any unlawful or fraudulent way.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Misuse third-party integrations in violation of their terms.

5. Service Availability

  • We aim to keep Pulse available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion.

6. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using Pulse at any time.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulse and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
